The Fritillaria imperialis 'Early Sensation' is an enchanting fritillary with inviting pale yellow flowers atop tall stalks. The Early Sensation can reach a maximum of 90cm when it blooms in Spring. This plant should be sowed later in the year from September to November to give it the best chance to produce its beautiful blooms.

The Fritillaria imperialis 'Early Sensation' is quite easy to grow and does well in borders and raised beds. The bulbs should be planted in full sun to partial shade around 20cm deep.
