The Fritillaria 'Red Beauty' bulbs produce majestic, tall plants that can reach heights of up to 90cm. These plants have strong, woody stems in a rich, purple hue and boast gorgeous clusters of green foliage at their tops. The striking crimson flowers are grouped together at the top of each stem, each bloom with a deep black blushing near the base and a vibrant red hue.

This species of Fritillaria, known as 'Red Beauty', is classified as an imperialis fritillaria due to its towering height and clusters of flowers. For optimal growth, it is recommended to plant it in a sheltered area with moist, well drained soil and full to partial sunlight.
